Purchase process

Payment policy

Accepted payment methods are:

Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide, excluding PO boxes.
The delivery of every product will be done by either a public or private transport agency. Depending on the weight and volume of your purchased products the defauld shipping method will be one or another, being always the cheapest one. This means most orders within Europe ship by default by Courier, and they usually ship overseas by Correos. You can upgrade your shipping method at checkout and choose the one that’s best for you.
We always ship all products tracked, so you’ll know where your package is at all times. is not responsible in case the delivery is not accomplished due to absence of the recipient, incorrect shipping address or any other physical impossibility of delivery. The client will responsible for the costs of the failed delivery and its subsequent return.

All products will be carefully wrapped and packaged so they arrive to you in perfect condition.
In case the item presented signs of damage or opening upon delivery, the recipient should check the package before signing the reception agreement. If the order were damaged or incomplete, please request its return by sending an email to and we will send indications on how to proceed.

On made to order products, we will let you know the estimated date of shipping once your order is placed, and will let you know any variation on this date.

We do not charge any hidden fees under the shipping cost: we will only charge you for the actual shipping cost, plus the cost of the box and wrapping materials.

Refund policy

– For ready made items:
The buyer can cancel the contract within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt of the product by notifying our office via the following email: We will send you a report of return that you must fill in and attach to the returned product. This right may be exercised on one, several, or all of the items received. The exercise of this right depends on the fact that the articles on which it is exercised and its factory packaging materials (plastic shrink wrapping or seal) are intact, unworn and in the same condition as sent, and that such return is accompanied by supporting documents of the transaction or a copy. The buyer is responsible for the costs of return and for sending them properly protected for transport.
